Headquatered on the Jemez Pueblo Indian Reservation, Tribal Innovations was founded by Allen Gachupin, President & CEO, with the simple mission: “to To Always Under Promise and Over Deliver in our relationships with customers and suppliers.” Allen has a simple philosephy “Be more concerned with your Character than your reputation” and that “We always remember where we came from.”

Allen is a proud Jemez Pueblo Tribal member who has served his community as: Tribal Sherrif, 2nd Lieutentant Governor, 1st Lieutantant Governor, and 3 time Governor and serves as a lifelong member of the Tribal council. He is a proud veteran on the United States Army. The

The Jemez Pueblo Indians are a Native American tribe that live in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico. There are about 3400 enrolled Jemez Pablo tribal members It is in the Jemez Valley. They are one of the 19 Pueblo tribes in the state. The Jemez people have a rich culture and history, and they are known for their pottery, basket weaving, and traditional dances. They are also known for their resilience, having survived centuries of Spanish colonization and American expansion. Today, the Jemez Pueblo Indians continue to practice their traditional culture and way of life. My grandpa has been the governor of the Jemez Pablo three times and is the only person who has served back to back terms. I am proud to have Jemez blood

The traditional name for Jemez Pueblo is Walatowa. Jemez, Pueblo, Indians are the only Towa speaking people in the world. It is a language that is not written, and only handed down from generation to generation. Their traditional religion is based on a belief in kachinas, or spiritual beings. They are known for their pottery, which is decorated with geometric designs. Many of Allen’s family members are famous potters like his brother Joseph Gachupin. His grandfather who raised him, Alcario Gachupin, was one of the last master basket weavers. There was a National Geographic article about him in 1972 that is one of Allen’s prized possesions.
